<h2 id="isPasted">1. What does the warranty cover?&#xA0;</h2>All physical products (the &#x201C;Product&#x201D;) manufactured by Db Journey and purchased directly from Db Journey on dbjourney.com.au or from Db Journey authorised resellers used in a manner compatible with the Product&apos;s intended use, are covered by the warranty set out in this provision (the &quot;Warranty&quot;).&#xA0;&#xA0;The Warranty is a 2-year warranty.&#xA0;&#xA0;The Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects, meaning any deviation from design specifications during production of the Product resulting in a Product&apos;s defect, frailty or shortcoming during normal use (&quot;Defects&quot;). Defects include, but is not limited to, cracks or breaks in the shell, defect zippers, ripped seams, fabric tears that render the Product non-functional, broken hooks or other functional trims.&#xA0;&#xA0;This Warranty is valid only for the period of time the Products is owned by the original purchaser or recipient (if gift) of the Product.&#xA0;&#xA0;If your Product is damaged in a way that is covered by the Warranty, Db Journey shall at its own cost repair or replace the defect part of the Product that is covered by the Warranty. Transportation costs will be covered by Db Journey.&#xA0;&#xA0;2. What does the warranty not cover?&#xA0;The Product shall be handled with due care. The Warranty does not cover wear and tear, resulting from an abnormally harsh use or use that is not compatible with the Product&apos;s intended use.&#xA0;&#xA0;Neither does the Warranty cover cosmetic damages, replacement of any non-defective pieces of the Product, any product sold &quot;as is&quot;, &quot;preconditioned&quot;, used&quot; or any other similar wording indicating that the Product is not new, changes in fabric that are inherent in the normal use of the Product, changes in colour over time, chipping of metal or painted elements, or loss of functionality due to consumers being locked out of their Product.&#xA0;&#xA0;The Warranty only covers one repair of the same defect/replacement of the same component. In other words, if the same damage occurs several times, the additional damages are not covered by the Warranty&#xA0;&#xA0;Damages caused by transport and transit damage are not covered by this Warranty. The Warranty must be claimed within a reasonable time after the damage occurred. Increased damages due to a lack of claim are not covered by the Warranty.&#xA0;&#xA0;Repairs or replacement of damages of the Product will not extend the Warranty Period. Any repairs or replacements are only covered by the Warranty for the remains of the Warranty Period.&#xA0;&#xA0;If your Product has a damage that is not covered by the Warranty, you may request Db Journey to repair the damage at a pre-agreed price. Please contact our customer service.&#xA0;&#xA0;3. How to submit a warranty claim?&#xA0;If you have any questions or a claim, please contact our customer service team. You will be required to submit photos, proof of purchase and details of the Product during the process. Please note if you have purchased from a retailer other than Db Journey or Helly Hansen, you will need to submit your warranty claim directly to that retailer.&#xA0;
